WHAT IS THE CCDA?
The Canadian CattleDog Association is a non-profit association that promotes proper cattle handling with the use of stock dogs.
Our Mission:

Bring knowledge to stockmen about the benefits of using trained stock dogs to handle their cattle.

Further the knowledge of those who already use stock dogs.

Supporting stock dog breeding, training and development with clinics and sanctioned trials held throughout the country for the betterment of both dogs and handlers.

No new motions will be allowed from the floor during the meeting. These motions must be submitted by April 23!
Nominations are also being accepted for three outgoing director positions. We ask that you contact the nominee prior to submission and have the nomination seconded and submitted (in writing) by April 23 to
Please include a short intro letter of the nominee, and any accolades that are applicable to a CCDA director position.

Rule Change
Effective April 1, 2024
A dog can run in each class once regardless of the handler, provided the handler is qualified for that class. This will remove the current rule limiting dogs from running in classes.
